A Step To Better Health

Trusting the Process

In the beginning of September I decided to be in a 30 day online challenge group for  Body Beast  and  Shakeology .  I had never been in a challenge group before so I wanted to have that experience, plus it looked like fun!  At first I was a little nervous and overwhelmed because as part of this challenge group we were to post a daily picture of our shakeology, one of our meals,  which workout we did and a sweaty post workout selfie.  Eek…I never take selfies much less pictures!  Then there was the fear of everyone seeing it that wasn’t in the group. I have a hard time putting myself out there and this year has been one of pushing me to step outside of my comfort zone with everything and that is a good thing.  The first 2 weeks I kept thinking I needed to do more cardio, so I added one extra day of cardio (Max 30) Everyone kept saying to “trust the process” so I am trusting the process and sticking to my one extra day of cardio.  Well...

My Healthiest Meal of the Day!

When life hands you lemons you have a choice to either get sucked up in the bitterness of it or to make lemonade....well that is how this year has been for me and it is not easy to "make lemonade" when things are not going so well!    The one thing that has kept me balanced and feeling great is  drinking my Shakeology every day.  No matter how bad my diet was that day I at least know I had the “healthiest meal of the day” with Shakeology.  It also has adaptagons in it to help stress and adrenal fatigue which is so important these days.  Not to mention the pre and probiotics and all the superfoods.  There is no other shake like it!   And….it tastes great with just water!  Can’t beat that.   Here is the scoop on it:   There are a lot of shakes and juices out there, but so far the reviews on this one push it to the top of the list!
