In the beginning of this year I decided I needed to change things up and take my fitness and health to the next level. I was in a rut and needed change. I had been doing the same workouts mixing it up here and there but was bored. I wasn’t excited about my workouts anymore and I hit a plateau. My goal has always been to gain more muscle mass but I have not achieved that with how I had been doing things (truth be told- I wasn’t following the other programs as I should have with the nutrition and I needed to buy heavier weights which I finally did) I have always eaten clean but knew in the back of my head I could do better.
