Finding my yoga practice....

Since its the new year and because this is the year I turn 50 (eek) I want to elevate my life and feel better on all levels.  My body had been feeling super tight from all my workouts so I decided to give yoga a real try.  Now mind you, I have never loved yoga, in fact I can honestly say I didn’t like yoga but every now and then I would do it because I knew it was “supposed” to be good for me and I did feel better after but I wasn’t consistent with it.  I couldn’t get into moving slow and all the breath work.  I would literally skip the yoga in my workout programs because I didn’t like doing it.   So, I committed to doing the 3 Week Yoga Retreat on  Beachbody on Demand .  I figured I would start with this beginner course and learn it properly and go from there.  I never really learned the basics and I knew of the health benefits of yoga so this was a perfect place to start.
