One of the questions I get asked a lot is do you work out? I have to admit I love that because it makes me feel good that people notice.  Then come all the questions about what kind of workouts I do. When I mention strength training most people think they don't need to do that...that they need to do cardio in order to lose weight.  They couldn’t be more wrong and here is why!   Strength training builds muscle and increases your metabolism but did you know that it does much more for you as far as your health goes? * Weights improve immunity  - Immune strength depends on the availability of the amino acid glutamine.
